• Landlords
• Companies and Owner Management Companies
• Registered Charities and Approved Housing Bodies (AHB)

Grant Value amount depends on your property type and the specific upgrades being made:

To qualify, the property and planned works must meet these criteria:

• Property Age: The house must have been built and occupied prior to 2011.
• Upgrade Quality: You must replace existing single or double glazing with high-performing windows
• Existing Insulation: The property must already have adequate attic and wall insulation.
• Timing: Do not start any work until you have received an official grant offer from the SEAI.

How to Apply

You can manage the application yourself or through SEAI Website

1. Quotes: Get quote from LWS&I windows and Doors.

   2. Application: Apply for a grant offer via the SEAI portal (opened March 3rd, 2026).

   3. Approval: Wait for your grant offer before starting works.

   4. Completion: Have the contractor complete the installation.

   5. Certification: Obtain a post-works Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate.

   6. Payment: Submit the required documentation for the grant to be paid into your account.
